This project sharpened my commitment to simplicity driven by research. Early tests showed our graph was hard to parse, so I redesigned the experience to highlight the balance, simplify insights, and make withdrawals unmistakably accessible—moving detailed activity into its own tab for clarity. I also contributed to a company dashboard, a personalized onboarding, and a feedback loop that kept improvement continuous. The result: a clearer path for users to understand and act on their finances, and a stronger, more cohesive brand. Above all, building Xerpay reinforced the value of designing with empathy, iterating with evidence, and aligning teams around real human outcomes.
